Section 38
Balance sheet and profit and loss account
The fund shall prepare its balance sheet and profit and loss account within three months of the end of the financial year and submit such balance sheet and profit and loss account to the Government of Nepal with the signatures of the executive director, chief accountant and at least two directors of the fund on it. .
