(1) The development tax to be paid under this Act shall be paid to the designated office in the prescribed installments. But this section shall not be deemed to be a hindrance if any one wishes to pay the full amount of development tax which he is required to pay. (2) The deadline for payment of development tax and other related procedures shall be as prescribed.
