(1) The Bikash Ratna Medal may be awarded to a person who is involved in the social, economic or development work of the country and who makes a significant contribution to the promotion of public welfare and public interest and improvement of the standard of living.
(2) Sub-rule (1) If the design, size and plaque of the medal of Vomozim is mentioned in Appendix Three Schedule-11, then it will be Vomozim.
