9. Not to be sold and distributed

(1) Pesticides imported for the purpose of scientific experiment or research shall not be sold and distributed.
(2) Sale should not be distributed without keeping it in a container approved by any pesticide office.
(3) It should not be sold and distributed in a container that does not have an index card approved by any pesticide office.
