(1) There shall be a Scholarship Vigo Determination Committee consisting of the following members to determine and recommend scholarships related to the Government of Nepal:-

(a) Joint Secretary of the Ministry designated by the Ministry of Education – Chairman

(b) Chief, Central Tehsil Office – Member

(c) Representative, Ministry of Finance – Member

(d) Deputy Secretary (Laws, Rules Consultation Branch), Ministry of Education – Member

(e) Deputy-Secretary, (Scholarship Branch), Ministry of Education – Member-Secretary

(2) Vigo Determination Committee By-laws ( 1) When making a recommendation, it should be subject to Section 7 of the Act.

(3) The procedure for the meeting of the Scholarship Determination Committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
