The work done by the liquidator using the power under rule 33 can be checked by the registrar as follows

(a) To cancel the order issued by the liquidator contrary to the instructions, to replace it or to issue another order as necessary. to do,
(b) To produce the accounts, documents, deeds and assets of the organization or association,
(c) to limit the powers of the liquidator under Rule 33 to such extent as he thinks fit,
(d) to receive a report of the books of accounts examined by the liquidator,
(e) To authorize the distribution of the assets of the organization or association,
(f) to give necessary instructions regarding the remuneration and allowances to be received by the liquidator, and

(g) to remove the liquidator from office.
