If the commission is not completing the work assigned to the commission or if the commission is dissolved in the middle, the tax-related matters pending to be dealt with by the commission will be transferred to the relevant tax officer and the appeal returned from the revenue tribunal will be transferred to the relevant revenue tribunal.
