(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 14, no person shall cause to be broadcast any advertisement of the following:-
(a) Matters affecting political parties adversely,
(b) Obscene Content,
(c) materials intended to overthrow the elected government by force,
(d) Matters of a nature that create unnatural fear and terror in the public mind,
(e) Matters contrary to Nepal's non-aligned foreign policy,
(f) Content that misrepresents, insults, insults and devalues ​​any caste, language, religion and culture.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the Government of Nepal from informing any political party of its manifesto, program or vision of such party in consultation with the Election Commission at the time of election.
