In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned in the Act, other work, duties and rights of the Financial Information Unit shall be as follows:-
(a) Communicating information or analysis to authorized bodies or officials who can take any action on any act or offense according to the law,
(b) To establish and operate the electronic information network necessary for the execution of the work of the financial information unit, including information acquisition, analysis,
(c) Acting as a focal point regarding prevention of money laundering and prevention of financial investment in aggressive activities,
(d) If any foreign body requests any information directly or through its counterpart, to transmit such information as requested by the counterpart,
(e) When exchanging information with the financial information unit of a foreign country, acting in accordance with the principles set by "Egmont Group" as a general principle,
(f) Establishing an agreement with the foreign country's financial information unit regarding the exchange of information as needed,
(G) Requesting and providing information about the use and achievements of information received from the financial information unit of foreign countries or the information transmitted by him.
