Section 90
Provisions related to establishments registered abroad and conducting business in Nepal
If any foreign establishment involved in promoting any business, selling any goods or any other work in Nepal violates the employment contract with the representative or laborer of that establishment in Nepal, such representative or laborer shall, in accordance with this Act You can file a complaint in the office or labor court.
