(1) According to section 30 of the Vehicle Registered Abroad Act, a person who wants to get a license to drive in Nepal ……… must submit an application in the format as per Schedule-9 to the office along with the fee as per Schedule-3.
(2) In relation to the application received under sub-rule (1), if the office deems it appropriate to issue a permit according to the request of the applicant after conducting the necessary investigation, it may issue a permit in the format specified in Schedule-10 subject to the Act and other provisions mentioned in this regulation.
