Section 20
Jurisdiction in cases relating to transactions conducted abroad
(1) Notwithstanding anything written in Sections 18 and 19, a case may be filed in any court of Nepal in relation to a foreign transaction or contract, if it is mentioned in the document or contract related to such transaction, the district court of the district where the defendant or the defendant resides, shall proceed, hear and dispose of such case. will have the right to do.
