Section 101
Validity of negotiable instruments (written or drawn) abroad
Even if it is proved that there is an agreement which is invalid according to foreign laws regarding the negotiable instrument written, drawn, accepted, executed or issued abroad but reached according to the law of Nepal, Nepal ………. .The approval or endorsement made later on such power of attorney shall be considered valid.
