(1) In case of foreign currency investment in the form of loan or share capital for providing telecommunication services, the Government of Nepal shall provide the necessary foreign currency to the holder of the permit to pay the principal interest of such loan or to return the investment at the prevailing rate.
(2) If the person who has received a license to operate telecommunication services needs to import the necessary equipment from abroad, the government of Nepal will provide the required foreign currency at the prevailing rate.
(3) The Government of Nepal shall provide, on the recommendation of the Foreign Exchange Authority, to the person who has received a license for the operation of telecommunication services when subscribing to a foreign organization related to telecommunication or entering into an agreement with a foreign person or organization.
