Section 99
Provisions related to Foreign Exchangeable Certificates
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the liability of the person issuing or drawing any foreign exchangeable certificate shall be in accordance with the law of the country in which the exchangeable certificate was issued or drawn, as well as the person who accepted and accepted the certificate. Liability will also be according to the law of the country where the certificate is paid.
