(1) Sub-section
of section 22 of the Act According to (2), when applying to the department for permission to send workers using foreign airports, the licensee shall attach the following details:-
(a) air ticket with proposed air departure point and flight schedule of the worker,
(b) Details of employees with identity cards arranged to accompany the workers to the air departure point on behalf of the licensee.
(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the department may give permission to the permit holder to send workers for foreign employment from a foreign airport after conducting the necessary investigation.
(3) When going out of Nepal to use a foreign airport after taking approval in accordance with sub-rule (2), the employee of the licensee shall register the following details of the worker at the immigration office of the point of departure:-
(a) Name, surname and nationality of the worker,
(B) The country about to go for foreign employment.
(4) When registering in accordance with sub-rule (3), the following documents must also be submitted to the immigration office at the point of departure:-
(a) Copy of passport and entry permit,
(b) A copy of the copy of the labor permit and
(c) Copy of air ticket with flight schedule of the worker.
