If any foreign person who does not appear before the investigating and investigating officer according to the notice given by the investigating and investigating officer or the deadline set in accordance with section 22, has any property, right, interest or interest in Nepal, until such person appears before the investigating and investigating officer. Such property, right, interest or interest may be ordered by the investigating officer to keep it in its original condition or not to be taken out of Nepal, and it shall be the duty of all concerned to comply with such order. The person who does not comply can be fined up to one lakh rupees by the investigating officer, and if there is any kind of loss to the government of Nepal or a public institution due to non-compliance with such order, it will also be paid by him.
