(1) The wages, service conditions and facilities received by foreign workers for working shall not be less than the standards determined by this Act or the rules made under this Act, as stated in the temporary or functional employment contract between the employer and the worker.
(2) If a time period is mentioned in the employment contract, according to the same, and if not, such employment contract will continue for three years.
(3) Other arrangements related to foreign workers shall be as prescribed.
