Section 693
The foreigner's legal capacity will be determined by:

(1) The legal capacity of a foreign natural person shall be determined according to the laws of the country of citizenship of such person.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the citizenship of a foreign natural person cannot be ascertained, his/her competence shall be determined according to the law of the country where he/she normally resides (habitual residence) and if his/her such residence cannot be ascertained immediately.
(3) When determining the legal capacity or statutory status of an organized organization, the country in which such organization is registered, if the country in which such organization is registered cannot be determined, or if the country in which the head office of such organization is located cannot be identified, it shall be determined according to the law of the country where the place of business of such organization is located.
