Rule 50
Electronic register should be kept
: (1) The fund shall keep the details of the loan guarantee companies and member organizations in the electronic system and keep them securely.
(2) The electronic register prepared according to sub-rule (1) shall be verified by the member organization and the relevant department head of the fund and kept safely under the direct joint control and supervision of himself and the fund.
(3) When keeping the details in the electronic register as per sub-rule (1), arrangements should be made to ensure that it cannot be tampered with.
