Section 69
(1) The public body may only adopt the electronic procedure system in any or all of the procurement process.
(2) Pursuant to sub-section (1), the procedure, system and underlying principle of procurement through electronic system shall be as determined by the procurement monitoring office.
(3) Other procedures related to electronic procurement shall be as prescribed.
