(c) Eligibility for Members and Membership Fees,
(d) Removal and Resignation of Members,
(e) Claims, nominations or nominations of claimants,
(f) Regarding General Meeting,
(g) Formation of the Board of Directors (regarding election and work, duties and rights),
(h) Unable to hold office as director,
(i) Procedures for meetings of the Board of Directors,
(j) Funding and Auditing,
(k) Amendment of Statutes,
(l) Dissolution,
(d) Miscellaneous.
