(1) The financial, social, religious, cultural, physical, mental, etc. details, data, information of someone in the electronic medium or the numerical presentation prepared by systematic collection, presentation or analysis of such details, data or information should not be used without his consent.
(2) Subject to Section 19 of the Act, through any source or means: For the purpose of maintaining the confidentiality of electronic data obtained, the office having such data shall do or cause to be done as follows :-
(a) Use the personal data and its computer database, electronic records or any part thereof only for the purpose of collective data, (b) Not to show or publish such data to anyone else without the written consent of the person providing the data or his authorized representative. .
