Section 117
able to make regulations
Subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, the Securities Market may, with the approval of the Board, make necessary regulations regarding the following subjects:- (a) Securities listing and trading of listed securities, (b) Membership, membership fees, professional dignity of members, (c) In order to operate the securities market in a clean and transparent manner, regarding the service and conduct of the employees and making arrangements related to market inspection and monitoring.
