(1) If there is an error in any of the details mentioned in the recommendation letter, production license or other certificate provided in accordance with this regulation, or if it is necessary to amend it due to the fact that it is different from what was requested in the application, the concerned person should submit an application to the opening department.
(2) If the application found under sub-rule (1) is considered inappropriate, the department may amend the details of any errors or discrepancies in such recommendation letter, product certificate or other certificate subject to the Act and these regulations by taking the receipt as per Schedule-14.
