Section 28
The proceedings of the department shall be confidential

(1) Information, evidence, documents and all proceedings collected by the department during investigation and investigation related to offenses under this Act shall be confidential.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), this section prevents a court or a person authorized by law to inspect the information, evidence, documents and all proceedings collected by the department during such investigation and investigation in connection with any case or other legal proceedings.
