In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Department shall be as follows:-
(a) To manage or cause to be managed assets or instruments seized or seized in connection with the investigation and investigation of an offence,
(b) Arranging safe and orderly storage of foreign currency, negotiable instruments, precious metals or goods seized in the course of investigation and investigation in the Nepal Rastra Bank or the bank designated by the department. (c) Auctioning or auctioning the assets or instruments seized in connection with the investigation and investigation of the offense in accordance with section 21,
(d) To receive confiscated assets or instruments in accordance with court orders or judgments,
(e) To manage the confiscated assets or instruments according to the order or judgment of the court,
(f) Auctioning or conducting an auction of confiscated assets or instruments in accordance with the order or judgment of the court in accordance with paragraph-5,
(g) cause an audit of the Fund, and
(h) To perform other tasks as specified.
