Section 11
Establishment of the department
(1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a Money Laundering Investigation Department to investigate crimes related to money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities. It shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. (4) The Government of Nepal may request and provide the expert staff required by the department from the relevant agencies and public institutions.
