: (1) After the filing of the application as per section 4, the department, if deemed necessary, will take the advice of experts and examine and study whether the patent written in the application is a new invention or not useful to the general public and determine whether or not the patent can be registered. .
(2) If it is found that no patent should be registered according to section 6, the department should inform the applicant that the patent cannot be registered according to his application.
