Rule 9
Regarding departmental work
:
(1) According to the Civil Service Regulations, 2021, in relation to a complaint against an employee, the punishing officer shall send a report to the Commission along with his opinion after conducting the necessary investigation and determining the punishment.
(2) The Commission will send its recommendations regarding the punishment imposed by the sentencing authority to the Government of Nepal, if it deems it necessary after looking at the report.
