(1) According to this Act, if it is proven that an investigation officer or other employee involved in investigation and investigation has knowingly done any act with the intention of causing suffering to any person or has maliciously helped in revenue leakage, such employee will be subject to departmental action and the person who is killed in such manner will be compensated according to the prevailing law.
(2) During the investigation and investigation of the offense of revenue leakage in accordance with this Act, if it is found that any public servant has not responsibly fulfilled the official obligations prescribed by the prevailing law, has violated the official conduct and acted recklessly and has resulted in revenue leakage, such public servant shall be referred to the competent authority through the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers for departmental action with the basis and reason. Can be sent in writing.
(3) If written in accordance with sub-section (2), the authorized officer shall take departmental action against such public servant in accordance with the prevailing law.
