Section 34
Departmental action will be taken:

(1) According to this Act, if it is proven that an investigation officer or other employee involved in investigation and investigation has knowingly done any act with the intention of causing suffering to any person or has maliciously helped in revenue leakage, such employee will be subject to departmental action and the person who is killed in such manner will be compensated according to the prevailing law.
