(1) During the monitoring by the taluk office or the authorized body, if it is found that the concerned official has not fulfilled the responsibilities mentioned in this Act or the rules made under this Act or has not followed the conduct, it may send a written notice to the authorized officer to take departmental action against such official according to the prevailing law.
(2) If written according to sub-section (1), such officer shall take departmental action in accordance with the prevailing law regarding his service and conditions and give the information to the agency that sends such information in writing.
