Section 20
Sending in writing for departmental action
(1) If an employee engaged in the conduct of the examination in accordance with this Act commits any irregular work in the examination center, the commission may remove such employee immediately from work and send in writing to the relevant body for departmental action.
(2) If a person other than the employee involved in the examination conducted by the Commission does any irregular work in the examination center, such person shall be removed from work immediately.
(3) The Commission may keep a record of the person removed according to sub-section (2) and prevent such person from participating in the examination conducted by the Commission in the future.
(4) If the Commission sends a written action for departmental action according to sub-section (1), the authority shall take departmental action against the concerned employee and inform the Commission accordingly.
