Section 15
Sending in writing for departmental action
(1) If any irregular work is done in the examination center by the personnel involved in the examination, the commission may send a written action to the relevant body to immediately remove such employee from work or to take departmental action according to the prevailing law regarding service conditions according to the amount of fault. But in the case of the employees of the commission, the commission itself can take action or send a written action for action.
(2) The commission may send a written notice to the relevant body for departmental action to be taken against the employee who works irregularly as per sub-section (1) or (2) of section 14 in accordance with the prevailing law regarding service conditions.
(3) If the Commission sends a written notice for departmental action according to sub-section (1) or (2), the authority shall take departmental action against the concerned employee within the period specified by the Commission and inform the Commission as soon as possible.
(2) The commission may send a written notice to the relevant body for departmental action to be taken against the employee who works irregularly as per sub-section (1) or (2) of section 14 in accordance with the prevailing law regarding service conditions.
(3) If the Commission sends a written notice for departmental action according to sub-section (1) or (2), the authority shall take departmental action against the concerned employee within the period specified by the Commission and inform the Commission as soon as possible.
