(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 39, the commission may send a written notice to the relevant body for departmental action against the employee who has been dismissed from work.
(2) If an offense under section 40 is committed by an employee of a civil service, security agency, other federal government service or an organized organization, the commission may send such employee to the relevant agency in writing for departmental action.
(3) If an employee commits an offense under sub-section (1) of section 41, in addition to the punishment under that section, departmental action will also be taken against such employee in accordance with the prevailing law and for that purpose, the commission will send a written notice to the relevant body.
(4) If there is a written request for departmental action according to subsection (1), (2) or (3), the authority shall take departmental action against the concerned employee in accordance with the law related to his service conditions within three months and inform the Commission thereof.
