Section 4
Jewelery Committee
: (1) There shall be a Jewelery Committee as follows to submit recommendations to the Council of Ministers regarding the jewelery to be provided in accordance with this Act:
(a) The Senior Deputy Prime Minister or in his absence the Senior Minister of the Council of Ministers – Chairman
(b) Minister of Home Affairs – Member
(c) Six members, including women, appointed by the Council of Ministers on the basis of inclusion principles from among those who have made significant contributions to the national life. (d) Home Secretary – Member-Secretary
(2) The meeting of the Committee shall be held at the time and place specified by the Chairman of the Committee (3) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
