(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and declare any area or place of Nepal as an airport area by designating its four forts.
(2) For the security of the airport area declared in accordance with sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may make rules and arrange security arrangements as needed.
