Rule 17
To ask if there is opposition or not
(1) After the president, members and the military court officer or military court officer have appeared at the military court, the military court officer or military court officer should ask the president and members whether the accused has any kind of opposition and if there is no opposition, the signature of the accused on the paper in the format as per Schedule-3 Garai Missile should be included.
(2) If there is any opposition of the accused against the chairman or any member of the military court, the proceedings of the military court shall be carried forward by following the procedure of section 82 of the Act.
