(1) If the consumer does not pay the service fee at the time determined by the water supplier, he shall pay the late fee.
(2) The amount of the delay fee to be paid according to sub-rule (1) shall be as specified by the relevant water supplier in the case of the project operated by the permit holder and in the case of the project operated by the committee constituted under rule 38 and the consumer organization.
