Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the name, surname, address and photograph of voters collected for the purpose of the voter list may be provided by the Commission to the Government of Nepal if requested by the Government of Nepal for the purpose.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall not use such details for any purpose other than the purpose for which it has been received.
