(1) Every industry after commencing commercial production or business shall submit the following details to the industry registration body within the period mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Act:-
(a) Audit Report,
(b) Tax payment certificate of previous financial year,
(c) Updated details of industries as per Schedule-13.
(2) Details as per sub-rule (1) can also be submitted through the electronic system operated by the industry registration body.
(3) After receiving the details as per sub-rule (1), the industry registration body shall update its records and give the same information to the relevant industry within seven days.
