: (1) The member organization shall send the details of the loan secured to the fund in accordance with rule 35 in the format as per Schedule-13 to the fund between the end of January and the end of Shravan.
(2) When sending the statement according to sub-rule (1), it is not necessary to include the loans that have already been claimed in the fund.
(3) When a member institution reviews its loan or inspects the fund or the Nepal Rastra Bank, if it is found that the details of any loan have been omitted in the statement sent to the fund for loan protection, if the repayment period of the exempted loan is at least six months remaining and such loan is a good loan, then Details of exempted loans can be sent to the fund within one month to protect such loans.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the fund may demand detailed information related to secured loans if necessary.
