(1) In addition to the details mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Act, the producer shall submit the following details related to tobacco products to the Ministry by the end of every year:-
(a) Description of tar and carbon monoxide,
(b) Description of nitrosamines, benzophyrins,
(c) Manufacturer's name, address and industry registration number,
(d) Price and Batch Number,
(e) Date of expiry of production and consumption.
(2) According to sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Act, the person who produces and exports and imports tobacco products shall submit the following details of the tobacco products exported and imported by him to the Ministry within the end of Shravan every year:-
(a) Quantity produced and place of manufacture,
(b) quantity exported and place of export,
(c) the quantity imported and the place of import,
(d) statement of revenue submitted.
