(1) In accordance with this regulation, the person who obtains a license to sell and distribute radio equipment shall keep a register in such a way that the details including the date of sale, type of radio equipment, name and permanent address of the purchaser are clearly disclosed.
(2) Details as per sub-rule (1) should be sent to the licensing authority every 6 months.
