(1) If it is deemed necessary to amend any details mentioned in the letter of intent or the notice of call for proposals pursuant to rule 7, the authority may amend such details by publishing a notice in a national daily newspaper before the expiry of the period given for submission of the letter of intent or proposal.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), a maximum period of fifteen days can be given for the publication of the notice of revision of the details mentioned in the letter of intent or the notice of invitation for proposals.
(3) If someone has already submitted a letter of intent or a proposal before the publication of the notice of call for proposal as per sub-rule (1), if such proposer wants to make any amendment in the proposal according to the revised notice, the provision to return the submitted letter of intent or proposal for amendment or to submit a supplementary letter of intent or proposal will have to do.
