Rule 13
Basis for collecting details
(1) When collecting names and details according to rule 10, the collector shall do so on the basis of the details provided by the concerned voter himself.
(2) While collecting the details as per rule 11 and 12, the collector may collect on the basis of the details provided by the voter himself or his family members.
