(1) According to sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Act, when correcting any details, the customs office may understand the following documents as required:-
(a) Certificate of Kinship,
(b) Supply of land owner registration certificate,
(c) Certificate of Nepalese citizenship,
(d) Recommendation of the concerned village development committee or municipality (e) Certificate of Birth,
(f) Other evidence required.
(2) In case of canceling the registration or filing according to the prevailing law, the customs office may also consider the death certificate and the documents according to sub-rule (1).
