Section 8
Prospectus
(1) A bank or a financial institution shall register its prospectus with the Rashtra Bank after obtaining approval in accordance with the prevailing law relating to securities before making a public issue of securities. On behalf of the institution, no one shall be allowed to publish the prospectus of such a bank or financial institution. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the National Bank shall not register such prospectus unless it has received information in writing from the Securities Board regarding the approval of the prospectus registration.
