(1) In the case of issuing securities until the first annual general meeting, the organized organization that registers the securities, if any changes are made to the announced terms and economic and financial structure, the matter and the decisions made in the said meeting must be submitted to the board within 35 days of the first annual general meeting. After receiving information about any change in conditions or economic or financial structure, the board shall publish the same in any major newspaper of national level for the information of investors.
(2) The Board may request any details, statistics or information related to such transaction from the organized organization registering the securities and it shall be the duty of the related organized organization to provide such details, statistics or information to the Board.
