(1) If a dispute arises between working journalists, employees or workers and the management of a communication establishment regarding any matter related to service conditions and facilities, the press registrar may resolve such dispute through various means such as negotiation, conciliation or mediation.
(2) If any dispute cannot be resolved by means of sub-section (1), such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the prevailing labor law.
